Phoenix Environmental, LLC
Perchloroethylene, also known as perc, PCE, tetrachloroethene and tetrachloroethylene, is a solvent used in dry cleaning. It has been identified as a probable human carcinogen. Approximately 28,000 dry cleaners use PCE in the U.S. Phoenix Environmental's staff has conducted investigations and cleanups on current and historic dry cleaners, drycleaning plants and industrial facilities using PCE and other dense non-aqueous phase liquids (DNAPLs). We understand the funny way PCE moves in the environment. If you are looking to buy an old strip center or dry cleaning business...please, look before you leap! Phoenix can assist with everything from the Phase I ESA to subsurface investigation and cleanup.
